The drama happening in Imo state just hit the state House of Assembly with two principal officers resigning serially. The first resignation was the Majority Leader Hon. Lugard Osuji who according to reports, has been a subject of controversy recently following his alleged motion for the impeachment of the Clerk of the House.
According to a post on ifeanyicy.com, he decided to resign his position this morning for the interest of the House.
Hours after his resignation, his Deputy Barr. Kennedy Ibeh also resigned his position as the Deputy Majority Leader of the House for the same interest of the house members.
